About Us
Classic Cardiology was founded in 1988 by Raymon K Nelson MD. Classic Cardiology was moved from Washington DC to nearby Hyattsville MD in 2009. The move was done for more expansion and new developments that are on the horizon. Many of the staff members at Classic Cardiology have been working there for greater than 10 years which has promoted a warm family atmosphere. In addition , at Classic Cardiology we beleive that medicine is an art and that healing is a gift from God guided by the Holy Spirit. We let the Spirit flow at Classic Cardiology and hope that you feel the love and the warmth as a patient. Appointments are cheduled daily from 9am to 5pm with late appointments on Thusdays till 7pm. We believe that if you are not feeling well you should be seen in the office and make every effort to add you on a schedule as needed. Most private insurances are accepted as well as medical assistance. Special payment arrangements can also be arranged. Our motto is "Walk by faith not by sight" and our theme song is "Don't worry be happy"
